Your PDFs are processed entirely in-memory. The moment the AI finishes extracting the ledger, the original files are permanently destroyed from our servers. We are PIPEDA compliant and currently pursuing SOC 2 compliance as well.
All data extraction and processing occurs on Google Cloud servers physically located within Canada. Your clients' financial records never cross international borders during processing.
The final Excel file is encrypted before it is saved on our server (marked for auto-deletion after 7 days). You receive an email with a decryption code. We do not have a copy of this code. Therefore, what we're storing is an encrpyted data blob we have no access to ourselves, meaning we are essentially storing nothing. A truly private architecture that no other software is currently providing because everyone else stores and logs your raw data.
We use enterprise-grade Google AI. Under our enterprise agreement, your data is explicitly excluded from being used to train, retrain, or improve any public or private LLMs. Our specific agreement even exempts your prompt data from being logged or saved, which means your data is forgotten after the work is done.
